87% of Texas in Severe/Extreme Drought - Wildfire Threat Increases

Texas is experiencing a historic drought. Most areas are either in Severe or Extreme Drought conditions. A few are in the rare Exceptional category. The threat for devastating wildfires is high. Even in areas not usually prone to fires. Hot, dry winds continue to be forecast.

Emergency Response Teams are trained to assist in these events. As well as Hurricanes, Floods and Tornados. Teams provide a Christian and Caring presence as well as helping hands after any type of disaster.
