Thank you for your interest in UMCOR's ERT Site Assessment Course.  This material is designed for trained ERTs to obtain the tools needed to assess whether a home is safe and the work appropriate for ERTs to assist.  This material is presented through a video that takes about 30 minutes to watch.  There is no cost, but we do ask that you register your name and e-mail address, so that we can add you to the list of trained assessors.  If you have not been through the basic ERT training, we ask you to do that first - Click HERE for a list of upcoming training opportunities.  As an assessor asked to determine the feasability of an ERT to perform the task, it helps if you first understand what their task is!

Before beginning the video, you should download the Site Assessment Manual by clicking on the link below.  We suggest that you print the entire manual (24 pages) as a reference, but at least print the Assessment Form on pages 23-24 to refer to during the training.  The video will follow the manual and the manual will also serve as reference when you do the actual assessments.
