Thanks for registering for the upcoming recertification class.

NOTE: Prior to the date of training, you MUST complete the following prerequisites:

• Send a new photo for your badge - e-mail to training@riotexasresponse.org

  • Please follow these instructions to ensure we receive a good quality photograph.
    1. Stand approximately two (2) feet away from a solid background without any clutter,
    2. Using a cell phone, take a picture of yourself (or use a digital camera and have someone take it for you)
    3. Best results are obtained if you hold the phone at eye-level and fill approximately ½ of the screen with your image. Look into the phone - a smile makes a pleasing photograph.

• Send in the $15 fee for the class if you are able (Nobody will be denied training due to the inability to pay, but we do ask that you let us know, so we can keep the accounting correct). Checks should be made out to Rio Texas Conference, and mailed to Whitney Maupin: 2803 Kellie Drive, Edinburg, Texas 78542.
